Percussion Instructors Neeeded in Allentown, PA

Highly motivated and passionate instructors needed for an Urban Drumline in Allentown PA. Youth from age 10-14 are in this community group called the Lehigh Valley Youth Drumline. Instructors with drum corps experience preferred. Very little to no pay available for these positions. Dedication to the activity and a passion for helping kids out is a must for this group. All instructors volunteer their time to change the lives of kids in the city. Be the one to turn a kid onto drum corps through this introductory ensemble. Teaching is the very basics, how to hold a stick, how to hit the drum and how to march while playing.
The goals are simple:
Give them their first expereience marching and playing and
Make it FUN!
Practices begin in March 2010, parades begin Memorial Day and go through the end of the summer. One 90 minute practice per week in Allentown. All parades are in the Lehigh Valley.
