Talented Wind Composer Needed

We are a well established company out of the southeast US and are looking for another talented wind composer to compose original marching band shows. We are publishing a new promo CD that will contain around 80 minutes of music and will be sent to approximately 1000 different schools on March 1.
Wind books will be sold for $2000 (With percussion $2500). Your royalty will be 50% of the wind book profit ($1000). You will receive an advance of $500 per-show at time of delivery/approval, showing that we are very serious about this.
Specific Requirements:
-You must be willing to work quickly. You will have approximately 10 days to produce the wind book. Then we will pass it along to one of our percussion writers.
-You must use Finale (Preferably 2010).
-Music must be original.
