Join my concert band commission consortium

I am currently seeking nationwide participants in a new concert band commissioning consortium. In order to participate a band must pledge $250 for the consortium fee and engage in a performance of the work within one year of it's completion.
The approximate difficulty level of the work will be a publishers grade 3, and it will be 4 - 6 minutes in length. No other details have been finalized and suggestions and requests are welcome.
