Percussion Instructor Needed

Looking for experienced and disciplined Percussion Technician for the 2010 Marching Season. Job duties would include fundamental instruction and technique in both battery and pit percussion, marching technique and drill instruction. Would require attendance at band camp, rehearsals and some competitions. Schedule should be flexible. Must work well with high school-aged students.
Program is a small group I in the growing stages, located in Frederick County, MD. Looking for someone with solid training and commitment to growth and excellence. Camp is Aug. 9-13, season runs into early November.
