Colorguard Designer/Instructor Needed

Looking for experienced and disciplined colorguard instructor for the 2010 Marching Season. Job duties would include writing and teaching guard work, fundamental instruction on flags and rifles. Would require attendance at band camp, rehearsals and some competitions. Schedule should be flexible. Must work well with high school-aged students.
Program is a small group I in the growing stages. Seeking experienced applicants with commitment to growth and excellence. Camp is Aug.9-13, and season runs into early November.
