Color Guard Designer/Instructor in NJ

I am looking for a talented, enthusiastic person to come aboard a top flight program and bring us to the next level. West Essex High School is located in Northern NJ. Last year we finished 1st for Chapter X Group III (TOB) and 5th at Atlantic Coast Championships Group III (TOB). Our color guard came in 2nd overall at ACC's. I need someone that can write the work and attend practices (Mon,Wed 5:30-8:30). We already have another experienced color guard tech on staff to help you teach.
This is a stipend postition that pays $3,500. Also it can develop into running our winter guard program which pays $5,000.
