Hello my name is cesar is cesar im from central i marching 3 yrs in spirit of newark , 4 yrs in Metuchen HS , and drumming at networkcorps and fg percussion and now im looking into putting out my own creations out to new people and start my own path to success I use Finale 2009 with built in VDL for arrangements. I can write at any ability of what the line can play and and before i start im free to negotiate with director of show planning ,drill and more I have over 8 years of experience in marching
