Northern High School in Owings MD(Chaper 9) has an opening for a Color Guard Instructor.

Applicant will need to establish a solid basics program for body, flag and weapon work. Being able to write/design guard work is not needed but is advantageous. Drum Corp/WGI experiance is also a plus. Payment is negotiable.

I am currently seeking nationwide participants in a new concert band commissioning consortium. In order to participate a band must pledge $250 for the consortium fee and engage in a performance of the work within one year of it’s completion.

The approximate difficulty level of the work will be a publishers grade 3, and it will be 4 – 6 minutes in length. No other details have been finalized and suggestions and requests are welcome.
